If you do not have a positive experience for any reason, we will do our best to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Purchasing goods online can be intimidating, so we want you to be aware that there is absolutely no risk in purchasing from our website. If you don't like it, we will correct it.

The one-year warranty is invalid in the following cases if you:

– Lubricate your machine.

– Drop your machine.

– Tamper with the motor.

– Replace parts on your own.

If the machine is broken within 30 days after receiving the order and still not repaired after contacting the customer service, we will send you a new machine for free. If the machine fails within the warranty period, we will provide free maintenance. The problem with the machine cannot be solved through remote support; you can ship the machine to our repair address for free maintenance. At the same time, the buyer will pay the shipping cost for sending it back.
