Return Policy
You have the right to cancel the order within 7 days. The cancellation period will expire 7 days after the day you purchase the goods, or the actual possession of the goods by a third party (other than the carrier) outside the carrier. You should immediately send the goods back or hand them over to us, and in no case later than 7 days from the date you notified us to cancel this contract. How to return a single item or the entire order?
Step 1: Please contact our customer service team to start the return process by providing the following information:

Purchase
Proof Video or photos of faulty products
Step 2: Insert the receipt together with the items into the original packaging.
Step 3: Fill in all three copies of the return form invoice form. Insert all copies into a transparent envelope and secure it to the packaging, do not close it. These documents are required by customs, so be sure to fill in all 3 copies.
Step 4: Hand over the package to the courier, after the courier checks the return, please safely close the package.
Step 5: When you deliver the items to the courier company, you need to remind us of your delivery and send the courier tracking number to us
Step 6: When we receive your refund items, we will carefully check whether it meets our refund conditions as listed above (we will confirm the inspection results within 3 days)
